Liberty on the Air in Boston

Welcome Massachusetts! My name is Dan Fishman, and I’m here with Ken Van Tassell, Alex Bromberg and Matt Mclaughlin launch our new Radio Show Liberty on the Air

We’re a radio show based on an idea that is Americans as…   Well actually, there’s nothing to compare it to.  Liberty IS the original American idea

Americans used to revere the idea of Liberty.  WE called ourselves the defenders of Liberty..  We have a Liberty Bell, We had a Liberty quarter.  We have a whole STATUE of Liberty.

Yet I don’t recall Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton talking about Liberty EVER during the Presidential campaign.

And that’s crazy because how could Americans forget Liberty?

Consider some of our most famous famous words.

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with LIBERTY and JUSTICE for all."

The wording of the pledge has changed a bit of the years, but every incarnation has talked about Liberty.  But when people say the pledge today, do you think they think about Liberty?

The Pledge is about 130 years old, but we can go further back into our history:

“Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in LIBERTY, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.”
